Maplestory has thousands of items available for players to use for their characters, to trade or sell. Maplestory items include wearable items such as weapons (swords, maces, wands, axes, bows, spears, crossbows, staffs, daggers, claws, and even throwing stars), armors (shoes, plates, gloves, hats, overall, shields, helms) and other items required for quests, for fun, and rares.Majority of the items, especially the really rare Maplestory items are dropped by killing special monsters or bosses, usually from quest requirements. Quests also give really good Maplestory items upon finishing them. Items in Maplestory can be sold, traded, worn by your character, or even just thrown away if its a trash item or useless to you. The harder and bigger bosses you defeat in Maplestory, the better the item drops get
